Nderes is a work to take sap from palm trees to make brown sugar. Nderes usually done 2x a day, every morning and evening. Nderes is a job risk and required exellent physical condition to do so, a nderes workers risked their lives by climbing a coconut tree which can reach 20 meters without the aid of safety.

Banyumas Mendoan Tempe Recipe
Composition :
10 pieces of tempe
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon red onion
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coriander

How to cook / how to make tempe mendoan Banyumas :
1. Puree all ingredients
2. Cut green onion 1/2 cm
3. Mix the rice flour + flour with spices and onions
4. Melt the coconut milk or water + MSG, dough should be slightly lumpy
5. Enter the tempeh slices into the batter one by one
6. Fry in hot oil. 1 time in 2 pieces of fried tempeh only
7. Once cooked remove and drain
8. Serve hot with flat plate heat in chili / pepper

Soto Sokaraja Recipe
ingredients:

Make the sauce:
Boil the meat until cooked and tender, remove meat and the cooking water to use as a meat sauce, with herbs:
1. garlic
2. ginger
3. turmeric
4. hazelnut
5. Nutmeg + pepper
6. salt

Make Seasoning beans:
Ingredients: peanuts, potatoes, garlic, onion, red chili.

All the ingredients are fried and then mashed (such as making pecel spice)
Presentation : input of all materials (diamond, sprouts, glass noodles, cut pieces of meat,
crackers, green onions, fried onions, add the peanut sauce, soy sauce, then pour gravy.
