Composition :
10 pieces of tempe
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon red onion
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coriander

How to cook / how to make tempe mendoan Banyumas :
1. Puree all ingredients
2. Cut green onion 1/2 cm
3. Mix the rice flour + flour with spices and onions
4. Melt the coconut milk or water + MSG, dough should be slightly lumpy
5. Enter the tempeh slices into the batter one by one
6. Fry in hot oil. 1 time in 2 pieces of fried tempeh only
7. Once cooked remove and drain
8. Serve hot with flat plate heat in chili / pepper
